This weekend was 2 Rides on Beach Drive. The nice thing about Beach is that there is always company. 2 good rides taht left my legs tired.

2011 Season

Here we go with a new year of riding and racing. Chris and I are looking forward to the addition of our new Teammate Jack. Jack will be starting off as the teams “Rally Monkey”, progressing when we feel he is ready. This year will have the team back at the “Leesburg Bakers Dozen” & the “Shenandoah Mountain 100”. Chris will also have some trail running races and other events. I plan on updating this as much as possible with my training progression.
